Terms and Conditions of Purchase

By purchasing access to the AI Funnelpreneur program (the "Program"), you ("Purchaser", "You", or "Client") are entering into a legally binding agreement with FUNNELSGENIUS ("Company", "We", or "Us"). Please read these terms carefully before completing your purchase.

1. The Service & Delivery

Upon successful payment, you will receive access to the AI Funnelpreneur curriculum, which may include video modules, the MVC Translation Guide, scripts, community/squad access, and live mentorship calls. Access details will be delivered via email. Sharing login credentials with third parties is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate, non-refundable termination of your account.

2. Earnings and Income Disclaimer

The Company provides educational resources and training intended for freelance funnel builders, designers, and digital service providers. We do not guarantee any specific financial results, income, or client acquisition. Any financial numbers or case studies (e.g., securing $3,000+ contracts or reaching $10,000+/month) referenced in our promotional materials are illustrative of past students' results and are not a promise or guarantee of your potential earnings. Your success depends entirely on your own effort, work ethic, technical application, and market conditions. You acknowledge that you are purchasing this Program for business-to-business (B2B) educational purposes.

3. The 14-Day Action-Based Refund Policy

We offer a strict, action-based 14-day conditional guarantee. To be eligible for a refund, you must demonstrate that you have thoroughly engaged with the materials and applied the methods taught in the Program.

To qualify for a refund, you must submit your request via email to team@funnelsgenius.com within exactly 14 days (336 hours) of the timestamp of your purchase, along with irrefutable proof that you have completed all of the following requirements:

• Proof of Attendance: Verification that you attended the first two live mentorship calls in their entirety.

• Proof of Community Engagement: Screenshots or direct links demonstrating your active participation in your designated support chat/squad (e.g., asking relevant questions, sharing progress, and seeking to master the material).

• Proof of Curriculum Completion: System logs must reflect that you have watched and completed all core curriculum modules released within your 14-day window.

• Proof of Application (Homework & Certification): Submission of all assigned homework and proof of your completed application to the first milestone certification.

Genuine Effort Clause: All submitted work will be reviewed by our team. Submitting incomplete, blank, arbitrarily generated, or zero-effort work simply to fulfill the refund requirements constitutes a breach of this agreement and will instantly void your eligibility for a refund.

If you fail to meet all conditions above, or if your request is submitted after the 14-day window has expired, your purchase is completely non-refundable and all payments are final. Upon submission of a valid refund request, your access to all Program materials, communities, and IP will be immediately revoked.

4. Payment Plans (If Applicable)

If you elect to pay for the Program in installments, you are legally obligated to complete all remaining payments. This is not a subscription that can be canceled at will; it is a payment plan for a single, comprehensive product. Failure to make payments will result in immediate suspension of access and may be referred to a third-party collection agency.

5. Intellectual Property & Anti-Piracy

All content provided within AI Funnelpreneur, including but not limited to the Systems Builder Stack methodology, the MVC Translation Guide, sales scripts, templates, UI/UX masterclasses, and proprietary software architectures, is the exclusive intellectual property of the Company.

You are granted a single, non-transferable, revocable license to use these materials for your personal business use (e.g., delivering services to your own clients). You are strictly prohibited from copying, reproducing, redistributing, reselling, or teaching any of the Company’s frameworks or materials to other funnel builders, agencies, or competitors. Any violation of this clause will result in immediate termination of access and potential legal action for copyright infringement.

6. Code of Conduct

We maintain a professional, collaborative environment for all members. We reserve the right to remove any Purchaser from the community, squads, or live calls,without refund,if their behavior is deemed disruptive, disrespectful, or harmful to the Company, its founders, or other students.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Portugal. Any disputes arising under or in connection with this agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Portugal.
